Responsibilities:
Order and calculate payoffs, taxes, and water bills Prepare necessary documents for closing Conduct real estate escrow signings Disburse and complete post-closing tasks
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Prior industry experience or related mortgage/real estate experience preferred.
