Reporting to the Nurse Director of Emergency Department, the Emergency ED Nurse Assistant Director will daily clinical operations for this active 50
bed Emergency and Trauma unit with an average census that can reach 90 patients daily. In this comprehensive role, the RN Assistant Director of Emergency Room ER will collaborate on budgetary oversight, leading professional development activities, and implementing process improvement initiatives related to enhancing patient care and throughput.

The ideal candidate has progressive leadership experience in Emergency or Trauma Services and is Masters-prepared. The Emergency Department Nurse Assistant Director will be a valued leader and have the opportunity to be a positive change agent in this well-regarded hospital.
