Supervise and mentor the kill floor technicians and supervisors Ensure proper technique Ensure safety and quality procedures are being followed Report to the Slaughter Manager Requirements:

years slaughter supervisor/superintendent experience in the beef industry Open to shift Stable work history Bilingual Spanish a plus Company will pay relocation expenses.
