It is a small office that is no more than one hour a week.
This would be perfect for someone who has a small cleaning company or is looking for a small amount of work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Empty trash and recycling bins - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces - Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms - Perform buffing and floor maintenance as needed - Assist with porter duties, such as moving furniture or equipment - Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred - Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and techniques is a plus - Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is beneficial - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks Note:
